### 19 Arrangements with Minister > > (1) The Minister, with the approval of the Treasurer and the board of directors of a company, may enter into an agreement under which the company or its subsidiary agrees to perform, or to cease to perform, activities. > > > (2) The terms of the agreement may provide for compensation or other payment to the company or its subsidiary out of money provided by Parliament for the purpose.
