98 Misrepresentations about electrical work (1) A person who is not authorised to do so under a licence must not represent that the person, or any other person who is not authorised to do so under a licence, may lawfully: (a) connect to a source of electricity an item of electrical equipment that may only lawfully be connected to a source of electricity by the holder of an electrical work licence; or (b) do electrical work that may only be performed by the holder of an electrical work licence.
