97 Contents of certificates of compliance For section 41(2)(b) of the Act, the following information is prescribed: (a) the name and contact details of the person for whom the work was conducted or performed;

Electrical Safety Regulations 2024 58 (b) the details of the electrical work performed; (c) the day the electrical work was performed; (d) the name and licence number of the person completing the certificate; (e) if applicable – the number of the electrical contractor licence under which the electrical work was performed; (f) any defects or non-compliance noticed that were not rectified; (g) any other information required in the approved form.
