72 Application of Division (1) Subject to subregulation (2), this Division applies to a person conducting a business or undertaking that performs electrical work on electrical equipment. (2) This Division does not apply in relation to electrical work performed by or on behalf of a distribution entity on electrical equipment, including a powerline controlled or operated by the entity to transform, transmit or supply electricity.
