196 Display of distribution entity improvement notice (1) A person who receives an improvement notice under regulation 179(1) must, as soon as possible, display a copy of the notice in a prominent location at or near the installation specified in the notice. Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units. (4) A person must not remove, destroy, damage or deface a notice displayed under subregulation (1) while the notice is in force. (5) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally contravenes subregulation (4). Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
