187 Notice to Electrical Safety Regulator – approved safety switches (1) A person who transfers land with a domestic residence on or after 1 July 2026 must give the Electrical Safety Regulator a copy of the notice required under that regulation. (2) The notice must be given within 90 days after the day the land is transferred.
