174 Recovery of costs (1) An operator of electricity infrastructure may charge, in advance, the reasonable costs referred to in regulation 173(2)(g). (2) An amount equivalent to the reasonable cost referred to in regulation 173(2)(g) is a debt due and payable to the operator of the electricity infrastructure charging it.
