160 Trimming of trees near overhead electric line (1) The person in control of an overhead electric line, other than one owned by an electricity entity, must do all that is reasonably practicable to ensure trees and other vegetation are trimmed, and other reasonable measures are taken, to keep the line electrically safe. Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.
