106Construction wiring

106 Construction wiring (1) A person with management or control of a workplace where construction work is being performed must do all that is reasonably practicable to ensure all construction wiring at the workplace complies with the requirements of the Wiring Rules and any other applicable requirements in AS/NZS 3012 (Electrical installations – Construction and demolition sites).

Electrical Safety Regulations 2024 62 (4) In this regulation: construction wiring means temporary electrical wiring by which electricity is supplied by an electricity entity for use in and during construction work.
