101 Other misrepresentation (1) A person must not represent that the person or any other person is: (a) endorsed, approved or authorised by the Electrical Safety Regulator to undertake electrical work other than as a licensee, apprentice or trainee; or (b) recommended by the Electrical Safety Regulator or any Agency.
