sec.93 Certificate of conformity holder to return certificate if cancelled
Within 14 days after receiving notice of cancellation of a certificate of conformity, the holder of the certificate must give the regulator the certificate of conformity unless the holder has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
