sec.84 Regulator may issue certificate of conformity
If the regulator approves the application, the regulator may issue a certificate of conformity for the type of level 3 in-scope electrical equipment. If the regulator refuses to approve the application, the regulator must give the applicant an information notice for the decision to refuse.
