sec.7 Provisions linked to electrical safety duties in Act
Each of the following provisions states the way a person’s electrical safety duty under section 30 of the Act is to be performed in relation to the matters and to the extent stated in the provision— sections 12 and 18 (1) ; sections 38 (1) , 39 , 40 , 41 (1) , 44 (1) , 45 (1) and 46 ; sections 127 , 128 (1) – (4) , 129 (1) – (5) , 130 (1) – (4) , 132 , 133 (1) – (6) , 136 (1) – (4) , 138 (1) – (4) , 139 (1) – (4) , 140 (1) – (5) and 141 (1) – (5) . Section 38 (2) states the way a worker’s electrical safety duty under section 39 of the Act is to be performed in relation to the matters and to the extent stated in section 38 (2) . (sec.7-ssec.1) Each of the following provisions states the way a person’s electrical safety duty under section 30 of the Act is to be performed in relation to the matters and to the extent stated in the provision— sections 12 and 18 (1) ; sections 38 (1) , 39 , 40 , 41 (1) , 44 (1) , 45 (1) and 46 ; sections 127 , 128 (1) – (4) , 129 (1) – (5) , 130 (1) – (4) , 132 , 133 (1) – (6) , 136 (1) – (4) , 138 (1) – (4) , 139 (1) – (4) , 140 (1) – (5) and 141 (1) – (5) .
