sec.67 Relevant person may be punished only once
This section applies if— an act or omission of a relevant person is an offence against section 57 (5) , 60 (2) , 61 (6) or 64 (6) and also under a corresponding law; and the relevant person is punished for the offence under the corresponding law. The relevant person must not be punished for the same offence under this regulation. (sec.67-ssec.1) This section applies if— an act or omission of a relevant person is an offence against section 57 (5) , 60 (2) , 61 (6) or 64 (6) and also under a corresponding law; and the relevant person is punished for the offence under the corresponding law. (sec.67-ssec.2) The relevant person must not be punished for the same offence under this regulation.
- (a) an act or omission of a relevant person is an offence against section 57 (5) , 60 (2) , 61 (6) or 64 (6) and also under a corresponding law; and
- (b) the relevant person is punished for the offence under the corresponding law.
