sec.5 Prescribed workplaces— Act , s 18
For section 18 (2) (d) of the Act , a workplace is prescribed if activities of a kind stated in schedule 1 are carried out at the workplace. Schedule 1 categorises workplaces according to the activities carried out at the workplaces using a system known as the Australian and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification ( ANZSIC ). A category of workplace stated in schedule 1 , column 2 has the ANZSIC class stated in column 1 of the schedule. (sec.5-ssec.1) For section 18 (2) (d) of the Act , a workplace is prescribed if activities of a kind stated in schedule 1 are carried out at the workplace. (sec.5-ssec.2) Schedule 1 categorises workplaces according to the activities carried out at the workplaces using a system known as the Australian and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification ( ANZSIC ). (sec.5-ssec.3) A category of workplace stated in schedule 1 , column 2 has the ANZSIC class stated in column 1 of the schedule.
