sec.341 Former s 74 continued in relation to particular defect notices
This section applies if— before the commencement, a notice relating to a defect was given to a person in control of electrical equipment under former section 74; and immediately before the commencement, the person had not taken all reasonable steps to ensure the defect was fixed. From the commencement, former section 74 continues to apply to the person in relation to the notice as if this regulation had not been made. (sec.341-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a notice relating to a defect was given to a person in control of electrical equipment under former section 74; and immediately before the commencement, the person had not taken all reasonable steps to ensure the defect was fixed. (sec.341-ssec.2) From the commencement, former section 74 continues to apply to the person in relation to the notice as if this regulation had not been made.
