sec.340 Existing high voltage live line work authorisations
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person was authorised in writing to perform high voltage live line work under former section 24. From the commencement, the authorisation is taken to have been given under new section 205. (sec.340-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person was authorised in writing to perform high voltage live line work under former section 24.
