sec.333 Items of in-scope electrical equipment submitted to regulator for testing and examination

Subsection (2) applies if— before the commencement, an item of level 3 in-scope electrical equipment was given to the regulator under former part 7, division 7; and immediately before the commencement, the item had not been collected, disposed of or destroyed under former section 185. See also section 331. New section 114 applies in relation to the item as if the item had been obtained under new part 4, division 7. Subsection (4) applies if— before the commencement, an item of level 2 or 3 in-scope electrical equipment was given to the regulator for testing and examination under former part 7, division 9; and immediately before the commencement, the item had not been collected, disposed of or destroyed under former section 185. See also section 331. New sections 112 to 114 apply in relation to the item as if it had been obtained under new section 111(1)(a).
