sec.332 In-scope electrical equipment reclassified before the commencement
This section applies if— before the commencement, a type of level 1 or 2 in-scope electrical equipment was reclassified to a higher level; and immediately before the commencement, the period mentioned in former section 150(2) has not ended. From the commencement, new section 79 applies as if the in-scope electrical equipment were reclassified to a higher level under that section on the day the equipment was reclassified. (sec.332-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a type of level 1 or 2 in-scope electrical equipment was reclassified to a higher level; and immediately before the commencement, the period mentioned in former section 150(2) has not ended. (sec.332-ssec.2) From the commencement, new section 79 applies as if the in-scope electrical equipment were reclassified to a higher level under that section on the day the equipment was reclassified.
- (a) before the commencement, a type of level 1 or 2 in-scope electrical equipment was reclassified to a higher level; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the period mentioned in former section 150(2) has not ended.
