sec.331 Compliance with notices given before commencement

This section applies if— a person was given a notice by the regulator under a former section mentioned in column 1 of the following table; and immediately before the commencement— the person had not complied with the notice; and the period for complying with the notice (the compliance period ) had not ended. The notice is taken to have been given under the new section mentioned in column 2 of the table opposite the former section. The notice must be complied with before the compliance period ends.
