sec.330 Particular references relating to cancellation and offences

Subsection (2) applies if either of the following was cancelled before the commencement under former section 141— a responsible supplier’s registration; the registration of a type of level 2 or 3 in-scope electrical equipment registered in relation to a registered responsible supplier. New section 70(2) to (4) applies as if the registration had been cancelled under that section. Subsection (4) applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person was— a registered responsible supplier; or the holder of a certificate of conformity. A reference in new section 68(1)(a) or (2)(a) or 90(e) to an offence against this regulation includes a reference to an offence against the expired regulation.
