sec.327 Approved marks continued
This section applies if— before the commencement, the regulator approved a mark under former section 153; and immediately before the commencement, the approval had not been revoked. From the commencement, the mark is taken to have been approved under new section 82. (sec.327-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the regulator approved a mark under former section 153; and immediately before the commencement, the approval had not been revoked. (sec.327-ssec.2) From the commencement, the mark is taken to have been approved under new section 82.
