sec.326 Applications for registration of responsible supplier or in-scope electrical equipment made before commencement
This section applies if, before the commencement, a registration process had started but not ended under former part 7, division 2. From the commencement, the registration process must be completed under new part 4, division 2. Anything done in relation to the registration process under the expired regulation is taken to have been done in relation to the registration process under this regulation. (sec.326-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, a registration process had started but not ended under former part 7, division 2. (sec.326-ssec.2) From the commencement, the registration process must be completed under new part 4, division 2. (sec.326-ssec.3) Anything done in relation to the registration process under the expired regulation is taken to have been done in relation to the registration process under this regulation.
