sec.325 Continued registration of responsible supplier or in-scope electrical equipment
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a responsible supplier of in-scope electrical equipment was registered under former part 7, division 2; or a type of level 2 or 3 in-scope electrical equipment was registered under former part 7, division 2. From the commencement, the registration continues in effect under this regulation for its remaining term. (sec.325-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a responsible supplier of in-scope electrical equipment was registered under former part 7, division 2; or a type of level 2 or 3 in-scope electrical equipment was registered under former part 7, division 2. (sec.325-ssec.2) From the commencement, the registration continues in effect under this regulation for its remaining term.
- (a) a responsible supplier of in-scope electrical equipment was registered under former part 7, division 2; or
- (b) a type of level 2 or 3 in-scope electrical equipment was registered under former part 7, division 2.
