sec.323 Other changes to particular electrical contractor licences

This section applies if— a change mentioned in a relevant licensing provision happened in relation to an electrical contractor licence before the commencement; and immediately before the commencement, the regulator had not decided or dealt with the change to the licence as a result of the change. See also section 315. From the commencement, the corresponding section applies in relation to the change. In this section— corresponding section , for a relevant licensing provision, means— for former section 49(1) or (2)—new section 174; or for former section 52(1)—new section 176; or for former section 53(1)—new section 177. relevant licensing provision means— former section 49(1) or (2); or former section 52(1); or former section 53(1).
