sec.322 Automatic suspension and cancellation of electrical contractor licence
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— there was no qualified business person or qualified technical person endorsed on an electrical contractor licence; and the licence was suspended under former section 50. From the commencement, new section 175 applies in relation to the licence as if it were suspended under new section 175(1) on the day the suspension mentioned in subsection (1)(b) started. (sec.322-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— there was no qualified business person or qualified technical person endorsed on an electrical contractor licence; and the licence was suspended under former section 50. (sec.322-ssec.2) From the commencement, new section 175 applies in relation to the licence as if it were suspended under new section 175(1) on the day the suspension mentioned in subsection (1)(b) started.
- (a) there was no qualified business person or qualified technical person endorsed on an electrical contractor licence; and
- (b) the licence was suspended under former section 50.
