sec.321 Eligibility of particular persons for electrical jointer licence
This section applies to a person if— immediately before 1 October 2002, the person complied with the requirements of the repealed Electricity Regulation 1994 , section 46(2) or (3) for the issue of a licence as an electrical jointer; and from 1 July 2007, the repealed Electrical Safety Regulation 2002 , section 214(2) continued to apply to the person. See the repealed Electrical Safety Regulation 2002 , sections 214 and 221. The person is taken to comply with the eligibility requirements for the issue, renewal or reinstatement of an electrical jointer licence under this regulation. (sec.321-ssec.1) This section applies to a person if— immediately before 1 October 2002, the person complied with the requirements of the repealed Electricity Regulation 1994 , section 46(2) or (3) for the issue of a licence as an electrical jointer; and from 1 July 2007, the repealed Electrical Safety Regulation 2002 , section 214(2) continued to apply to the person. - (a) immediately before 1 October 2002, the person complied with the requirements of the repealed Electricity Regulation 1994 , section 46(2) or (3) for the issue of a licence as an electrical jointer; and
- (b) from 1 July 2007, the repealed Electrical Safety Regulation 2002 , section 214(2) continued to apply to the person.
