sec.320 Eligibility of particular persons for electrical linesperson licence

This section applies to a person if— immediately before 1 October 2002, the person complied with the requirements under the repealed Electricity Regulation 1994 , section 47 (2) or (3) , for the issue of a licence as an electrical linesperson; and from 1 July 2007, the repealed Electrical Safety Regulation 2002 , section 215(2) continued to apply to the person. See the repealed Electrical Safety Regulation 2002 , sections 215 and 222. The person is taken to comply with the eligibility requirements for the issue, renewal or reinstatement of an electrical linesperson licence under this regulation.
