sec.319 Existing electrical contractor licence—endorsement of qualified business person or qualified technical person
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was endorsed under the expired regulation as a qualified business person or qualified technical person for an electrical contractor licence. From the commencement, the person is taken to be endorsed under this regulation as a qualified business person or qualified technical person for the electrical contractor licence. (sec.319-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was endorsed under the expired regulation as a qualified business person or qualified technical person for an electrical contractor licence.
