sec.318 Electrical licence applications made before commencement

This section applies if an application for the issue, renewal or reinstatement of an electrical licence was made, but not decided or withdrawn, before the commencement. From the commencement, the new eligibility requirements apply for the issue, renewal or reinstatement of the electrical licence. Anything done in relation to the application under the expired regulation is taken to have been done under new part 7. New section 185 applies if the application is refused or withdrawn before it is decided. In this section— new eligibility requirements , for an electrical licence, means— for the issue of an electrical work licence, other an electrical work training permit—new part 7, division 3, subdivision 2; or for the issue of an electrical work training permit—new part 7, division 3, subdivision 3; or for the issue of an electrical contractor licence—new part 7, division 4; or for the renewal or reinstatement of an electrical licence—new part 7, division 5. (sec.318-ssec.1) This section applies if an application for the issue, renewal or reinstatement of an electrical licence was made, but not decided or withdrawn, before the commencement. • (a) for the issue of an electrical work licence, other an electrical work training permit—new part 7, division 3, subdivision 2; or
• (b) for the issue of an electrical work training permit—new part 7, division 3, subdivision 3; or
• (c) for the issue of an electrical contractor licence—new part 7, division 4; or
• (d) for the renewal or reinstatement of an electrical licence—new part 7, division 5.
