sec.316 Documents required to be kept

This section applies if, before the commencement— a person was required to keep a document for a stated period under a former section mentioned in column 1 of the following table; and the period had not ended. The document must be kept under the new section mentioned in column 2 of the table opposite the former section for the remainder of the period.
