sec.315 Notices or advice required to be given to regulator

This section applies if— before the commencement, a person was required to give the regulator a notice or advice under a former section mentioned in column 1 of the following table; and immediately before the commencement— the person had not given the regulator the notice or advice; and the period for giving the regulator the notice or advice (the compliance period ) had not ended. The notice or advice must be given— under the new section mentioned in column 2 of the table opposite the former section; and before the compliance period ends.
