sec.314 Applications made but not decided before commencement

This section applies to an application made, but not decided, before the commencement under a former section mentioned in column 1 of the following table. From the commencement, the application is taken to have been made under the new section mentioned in column 2 of the table opposite the former section. Anything done in relation to the application under the expired regulation is taken to have been done in relation to the application under this regulation.
