sec.313 Definitions for part
In this part— expired regulation means the expired Electrical Safety Regulation 2013 . former , in relation to a provision of the expired regulation, means the provision of the expired regulation as in force immediately before the commencement. new , in relation to a provision of this regulation, means the provision as in force from the commencement.
