sec.304 Inspectors’ identity cards— Act , s 123A
For section 123A (1) of the Act , the following matters are prescribed— a recent photograph of the inspector; a copy of the inspector’s signature; the date, if any, on which the inspector’s appointment ends; any conditions to which the inspector’s appointment is subject, including, for example, the kinds of workplaces in relation to which the inspector may exercise the inspector’s compliance powers.
- (a) a recent photograph of the inspector;
- (b) a copy of the inspector’s signature;
- (c) the date, if any, on which the inspector’s appointment ends;
- (d) any conditions to which the inspector’s appointment is subject, including, for example, the kinds of workplaces in relation to which the inspector may exercise the inspector’s compliance powers.
