sec.263 Disused service line to be disconnected
An electricity entity must ensure a service line for a consumer’s premises is disconnected and sufficiently isolated from any electric line forming part of its works if— the supply of electricity to the consumer’s premises has been disconnected; and the electricity entity has removed any of its meters, control apparatus or other electrical equipment from the premises.
- (a) the supply of electricity to the consumer’s premises has been disconnected; and
- (b) the electricity entity has removed any of its meters, control apparatus or other electrical equipment from the premises.
