sec.254 Clearance from exposed conductive parts and separation of conductors in same circuit
Exposed conductors in the same circuit of an overhead electric line forming part of the works of an electricity entity must be separated so that, so far as is reasonably practicable, a conductor does not come in contact with or come within arcing distance of— another conductor; or an earthed exposed conductive part; or a stay wire attached to a pole or structure supporting an overhead electric line.
