sec.248 Insulation of stay wire
If a stay wire attached to a pole or structure supporting an overhead electric line forming part of the works of an electricity entity does not form part of an earthing system, the wire must be insulated to prevent, so far as is reasonably practicable, any person suffering an electric shock.
