sec.244 Compliance with this part
This section applies to a person who carries out any of the following work in relation to the works of an electricity entity— designing the works; building the works; maintaining or operating the works. The person must ensure that, in carrying out the work mentioned in subsection (1) , the person complies with the requirements of this part that are relevant to the work. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. (sec.244-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who carries out any of the following work in relation to the works of an electricity entity— designing the works; building the works; maintaining or operating the works. (sec.244-ssec.2) The person must ensure that, in carrying out the work mentioned in subsection (1) , the person complies with the requirements of this part that are relevant to the work.
- (a) designing the works;
- (b) building the works;
- (c) maintaining or operating the works.
