sec.242 Term of office— Act , s 130
For section 130 (1) (c) of the Act , a condition on which a person holds office as an accredited auditor is that the person’s term of office is— 5 years; or if the person’s instrument of appointment states a shorter period—the stated period.
- (a) 5 years; or
- (b) if the person’s instrument of appointment states a shorter period—the stated period.
