sec.23 Trimming of trees near private overhead electric line
The person in control of a private overhead electric line must ensure trees and other vegetation are trimmed, and other measures are taken, to prevent contact with the line that is likely to cause injury from electric shock to any person or damage to property. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
