sec.186 Examinations

In deciding examinations for assessing a person’s competency, or conditions with which a person must comply, the regulator may decide the person must— undertake an examination conducted by the regulator; or satisfactorily finish a course of instruction recognised by the regulator during which the student’s performance is assessed; or undertake 1 or more examinations, oral or written tests, or practical tests. The examinations and tests may be conducted by— the regulator; or an examiner approved by the regulator under section 187 ; or a registered training organisation.
