sec.161 Definitions for division
In this division— applicant , for an electrical contractor licence, means an individual, partnership or corporation that has applied for the issue of the licence. employee , for an applicant, includes— for an applicant that is a partnership—an individual who is a partner in the partnership; and for an applicant that is a corporation—an executive officer or member of the corporation.
