sec.143 Definitions for part
In this part— qualified business person , for an applicant for an electrical contractor licence or for a licensed electrical contractor, means a person the regulator has endorsed as a qualified business person under section 163 (1) . qualified technical person , for an applicant for an electrical contractor licence or for a licensed electrical contractor, means a person the regulator has endorsed as a qualified technical person under section 164 (1) .
