sec.12 Risk management
A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must manage risks to health and safety associated with electrical risks at the workplace in accordance with the WHS Regulation , chapter 3 , part 3.1 . electrical risks associated with the design, construction, installation, protection, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment and electrical installations at the workplace This section is linked to the electrical safety duty in section 30 of the Act (see section 7 (1) ).
