sec.90 Training for assessment of electrical risk
A person conducting a business or undertaking (the first person ) must ensure that the first person and all persons employed or engaged by the first person who install ceiling insulation in a building are trained in carrying out an assessment of the electrical risk from the installation of ceiling insulation. ES Act — section 30 (see section 8 )
