sec.87 Application of subdivision
This subdivision, other than section 88 (2) , applies to a person conducting a business or undertaking if the business or undertaking includes the installation of ceiling insulation. Section 88 (2) applies to a worker who does work that includes the installation of ceiling insulation. s 87 amd 2024 SL No. 241 s 52 sch 1 (sec.87-ssec.1) This subdivision, other than section 88 (2) , applies to a person conducting a business or undertaking if the business or undertaking includes the installation of ceiling insulation.
