sec.75 Earthing
This section applies if a low voltage electrical installation receives electricity distributed by an electricity entity. The person in control of the low voltage electrical installation must not knowingly allow the earthing for the installation to be inconsistent with the requirements for systems of earthing applying to the electricity entity under section 196 . Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —40 penalty units. (sec.75-ssec.1) This section applies if a low voltage electrical installation receives electricity distributed by an electricity entity.
