sec.63 Refund of fees
This section applies if either of the following applications is refused by the regulator or is withdrawn before it is decided— an application for an electrical licence; an application for renewal or reinstatement of an electrical licence. The amount stated in schedule 8 as the administration component of the fee paid for the application must be refunded.
