sec.58 Replacement of electrical licence
If, on application by the holder of an electrical licence, the regulator is satisfied the licence has been lost, damaged or destroyed, the regulator may issue a replacement licence. However, if a fixed fee applies to the application, the application must be accompanied by the fixed fee. (sec.58-ssec.1) If, on application by the holder of an electrical licence, the regulator is satisfied the licence has been lost, damaged or destroyed, the regulator may issue a replacement licence. (sec.58-ssec.2) However, if a fixed fee applies to the application, the application must be accompanied by the fixed fee.
